About the practice

Releasegridbase began as a habit of printing the week after a launch and asking, out loud, who came back. The habit outgrew hallway conversations. We now take a limited number of readings each month from an office in Calhoun, Georgia, and from scheduled calls when a visit would only add airport time.

The work is product usage intelligence in the narrow sense: feature adoption analysis for groups who ship software and then lose the thread. We are not a bank, broker, wallet, or exchange. We do not keep anyone’s money, and we do not offer investment views.

How we sit with a team

Intake is a conversation, not a portal. We want the release date, the announcement as it went out, and a copy of records you are allowed to share. Credentials stay with you. If a request would require us to log into a production console, we decline that part of the brief.

The people who write the briefs have spent years in release meetings where a graph was used as a mood. We prefer dated files and short verbs. Georgia is not a marketing backdrop; it is where the printer lives and where visitors can sit if they want paper on the table.

What we will not pretend

We will not describe this practice as an official Binance desk or a Marvel studio partner. Compatibility language and review of on-screen artwork, when they appear at all, are labels in someone else’s product notes. See the footer for the full notices.
