The optional desktop application mentioned on this site is a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform.

The site

Pages describe informational services. Pricing is a guide, not an offer to sell software subscriptions or to process payments on this site. There is no checkout. There is no lead-collection form.

Commissioned work

A reading or related engagement begins only after both sides confirm scope in writing by email or letter. You must have the right to share any files you provide. You must not send production credentials, private keys, or funds. We may refuse work that would require access to wallets, exchanges, or custodial systems.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and original briefs we write remain our copyright until a commissioned brief is delivered, at which point you may use that brief inside your organization. You may not republish our field notes as your own. Third-party marks, including Binance® and MARVEL, remain with their owners. Our use, where it occurs, is for compatibility or review wording only.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs it, impersonate the practice, or use the materials to claim affiliation with Binance Holdings Ltd., Marvel Characters, Inc., Marvel Entertainment, LLC, or The Walt Disney Company.

Liability

Briefs are informational readings of records you supply. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice and they are not a guarantee of product outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Releasegridbase is not liable for lost profits, lost data you failed to copy, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability for a commissioned engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia (GE), United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
