A reading is a sequence of decisions written down before anyone argues about a chart. This page is the sequence we use in Calhoun and on remote calls. It is also the page to send a colleague who asks whether we “just plug in.” We do not.

Four stamps

Every event in the ledger is asked to support one of four stamps: first encounter, first completed task, unaided return, and silence. Silence is a stamp, not a missing number. If the files cannot support a stamp, the brief says unverified.

  1. Name the feature in the language of the release note, then translate it into one action a person could finish.
  2. Date the files. We refuse undated exports that have already been filtered by someone hoping for a kinder picture.
  3. Separate people paid to test from everyone else. Testers keep their own column.
  4. Write three scenes — week one, month one, the quiet stretch — and stop. The brief is not a novel.

Local records only

Copies live on machines the team already owns. The optional desktop application some groups keep is a local tracking utility for those copies. It does not hold funds, open wallets, or reach private keys. If you want that utility, use the listing on Veve. This site never serves an installer.
