Flagship reading

Feature adoption reading

Desk covered with printed reports, a notebook, and a calculator during an analysis session

A structured reading of how a shipped feature actually lands with the people who already use the product, based on records kept on the team’s own machines.

Who it is for

Product managers, release owners, and founders who can point to a specific feature that shipped in the last two quarters and still cannot say who kept using it after the announcement week.

What you leave with

A written adoption brief that names which actions persisted, which dropped after the first session, and which never left a small internal group. The brief is a reading of records, not a live connection to anyone’s production systems.

Scope

One named feature or a tightly related pair (for example, an export button and the follow-on share dialog). We do not treat an entire product as a single reading.

Included

  • Intake conversation covering the release date, intended audience, and what “used” was supposed to mean
  • Guided mapping of local event names, screens, and timestamps already stored by the team
  • A written brief with three adoption scenes: first week, first month, and quiet weeks after
  • A one-hour walkthrough of the brief with the people who own the next release notes

Outside this reading

  • Access to customer databases, payment processors, or private keys
  • Building or hosting a warehouse, dashboard, or subscription product
  • Investment, trading, or custody commentary of any kind
  • Rewriting the feature itself or staffing an engineering sprint

Who prepares it

Readings are prepared by Releasegridbase analysts in Calhoun, Georgia, with remote sessions when travel is unnecessary.

How the work proceeds

  1. You send a short description of the feature and the local files or exports you already keep.
  2. We agree which events count as “tried,” “returned,” and “settled into habit.”
  3. We read those records against the release calendar and write the brief.
  4. We walk the brief with your team and leave the files with you.

Time

Ten to fourteen working days from a complete intake packet. Rush work is only accepted when the records are already clean.

Where it happens

Remote by scheduled call, or in person at 225LovebridgeDrSE Calhoun Georgia(GA) 30701 when both sides prefer a table and printed pages.

What to prepare

Bring the release date, a copy of the original announcement, and whatever local usage ledger you already keep. Do not send credentials. Do not export anything you are not allowed to share.

Limits

We work from copies you control. If a record cannot be shown without granting remote access to production, that record is out of scope.

How the fee is set

Quoted per feature after intake. Typical range is listed on the rates page; complexity of the event names and gaps in the ledger move the quote. See rates for typical ranges.

Next step

Call or write using the details on the contact page. Describe the feature and the date it shipped. There is no inquiry form on this site.
