Refunds
Last updated: 15 August 2026.
This page applies to commissioned feature adoption readings, usage ledger setup, release mapping, and cohort walkthroughs. It does not apply to goods we do not sell, shipping we do not offer, or software installers we do not distribute from this site.
Eligibility
A full refund is available if you cancel in writing before we have opened your files or held the intake call, whichever would have come first. After intake, refunds are partial and reflect hours already spent mapping event names and dates.
Timeframe
Ask for a refund within fourteen days of the event that triggered it (a cancellation, a missed session, or a delivered brief you believe is incomplete against the written scope). Requests after fourteen days are considered only where Georgia law requires it.
Full or partial
Unused prepaid days of ledger setup are refunded minus any day already worked. A cohort walkthrough cancelled more than five working days ahead is refunded in full. Inside five days we retain half the session fee because the afternoon is held.
Non-refundable items
Third-party room hire you asked us to book, printed copies you requested after delivery, and travel already purchased for a Calhoun visit at your request are not refundable.
Process
Write to contact@releasegridbase.digital or call +16625907644. Name the engagement, the date, and whether you want a refund or a reschedule. We confirm in writing.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the same method you used to pay, usually within ten working days after approval. We do not send cash in the mail.
Deposits, no-shows, and work already started
A deposit of thirty percent may be asked before a reading starts. It is applied to the final fee. If you do not attend a booked walkthrough and do not call the same day, the deposit is kept. If we have already drafted scenes of a brief, those hours are deducted before any remainder is returned.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed without fee if you give three working days’ notice. Further moves may be charged a hundred dollars to cover calendar disruption.
Questions about a specific invoice belong on the contact page, not in a web form.
